A valuable opal in our material. YOU could have found it

When you have finished fossicking the hard way and are hot and bothered with nothing to show for the aching back and tight muscles, join us and fossick the easy way. Unsorted material is processed to remove most of the clay and sandstone and given to you in a 10 litre sieve. From most loads of material processed there are several broken nuts that emerge with their hidden glistening secrets revealed. You can wash your haul and sit comfortably with the tools supplied to "crack your nuts." This is exactly the same material that we are looking through, so you have as much chance as us in finding something precious. Should you wish to highlight and show off your finds to your friends, there are over 20 opal cutters and polishers in Yowah who will be able to professionally take care of your finds.
